Consider taking advantage of the luggage storage service. It makes exploring much easier without your bags.

After my stay, I almost wrote a glowing review, but then I remembered the mattress that felt mad really like straw and the shock from the shower head. Honestly, I expected complimentary gifts after such treatment, but alas, I got the cold shoulder. Oh, and breakfast ends at 9? Absolutely ridiculous. Just another example of poor service here.

What a really good stay, no reason to complain. Overall a colourful great family run hotel. Breakfast with pancakes. Convenient and handy location to Inca Gallows Museum. Positioned in the central area, so close to the Mirador overlooking Copacabana and the beach and buses to Peru.

The rooms were big size and cheap, with a storage space and a couch, very comfy bed. That hotel was in a marvellous and unbeatable location, near the city centrum.

Little hotel, bright rooms, spectacular view of the lake. Excellent friendly and extremely friendly staff and management. Variety of goodies for breakfast. Particularly good setting, not far from involves a short walk up a hill as well as all the restaurants/ shops are. Very nice experience there.

A cozy stay by the lake
Hotel Utama is a charming gem with wonderfully funky decor, friendly staff, and delicious daily snacks. The complimentary coca tea warmed our hearts, especially after our treks around Copacabana.
Shower temperature was a bit unpredictable, and the uphill walk from the plaza left us breathless initially. While it's a minor inconvenience, it's something to consider when planning your stay.

The free snacks and warm coca tea were the best surprise! I loved just chillin' in the cozy lobby after checking out. The breakfast was totally filling too, with eggs and pancakes. Only downside? The bathroom was kinda cramped. Such a vibe!

missingWrote a review on 18 Septpoor cleanliness
The bathroom was awkwardly small. The air in my room felt stale, and I was wary of removing my shoes due to the cleanliness-definitely needs attention. I also faced a shocking surprise when turning on the shower. I had to wrap a towel around the tap to avoid a mild electrocution-definitely not up to code.

We had such a lovely stay! The free coca tea and snacks were a good surprise, and the breakfast was super filling with everything from pancakes to eggs. Unfortunately, the bathroom was quite cramped, but I would still choose this place again for the great overall experience.
